Feb. 24, chapter members met at West Center Church in Bronxville for a program titled “Something Marvelous to Share: The Life and Music of Virgil Fox.” Given Fox’s long association with Rodgers Organs, it was fitting that this program was presented in a church with a Rodgers instrument. Members Frank Miller, Rick Tripodi and our host Arnold Ostlund performed several of Foxl’s signature pieces, joined by West Center’s soprano Catherine Forbes. Virgil Fox’s long-time secretary, Marilyn Brennan, shared stories of this great musician. A reception followed. - Kevin Walsh
